• Design, develop, and implement production-quality statistical and machine learning systems for

• Strong background in ML and statistics, with experience applying advanced techniques to complex
• Experience building and deploying production-quality ML systems, not just research.
• Excellent Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with testing, version control, modular architecture, and maintainable code.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, interpretable ML, optimization, and model evaluation.
• Ability to reason from first principles and solve open-ended problems without established solutions.
