Staff Data Scientist - GTM

📋 Description

• Own the commercial data science roadmap end to end.
• Lead proactive strategic analyses for the CCO and top accounts.
• Serve as watchtower for key metrics across all commercial agreements.
• Enable self-service analytics with dashboards.
• Serve as technical lead for data scientists on commercial projects.
• Translate complex findings into actionable executive recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management; roadmap with senior partners.
• Go-to-market experience preferred; strong candidates welcome.
• Proven cross-functional partnerships with Commercial, Payer, Finance, Product, Ops.
• Forecasting and causal inference expertise; understand failure modes.
• SQL fluency; Python or R; reusable analytics workflows; dbt.
• Experience adopting AI-assisted tools to accelerate data workflows.
• Track record of influencing executive decisions with measurable outcomes.
