Staff Database Engineer

📋 Description

• SME in production DB troubleshooting
• Own complex RCA across multi-tenant PostgreSQL/MariaDB fleets
• Develop observability and automation
• Influence infra decisions for multi-tenant cloud
• Mentor engineers across teams
• Support platform end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• AI integration or automation experience
• 6+ years on relational DBs, especially Postgres
• MVCC, tuning, backup/restore, WAL, etc.
• Scripting: shell, Python, JavaScript, Ansible
• DevOps/Perf/support exp on SaaS or cloud
• Lead projects, strong problem solving
