Staff Decision Scientist

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor teams delivering analytics solutions for external clients
• Partner with internal client teams and engage with senior leaders, including C-suite
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to external clients
• Manage large, complex analytics projects with milestone updates
• Adopt emerging analytic capabilities and mentor others in technical/business areas
• Engage in cross-functional analytics projects and act as a thought-partner

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in an analytical function
• Bachelor’s in Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Advanced experience with data tools (Databricks, SQL, Python, Git/GitHub)
• Advanced experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
• Client-facing experience and consulting background is a strong plus
• CPG analytics domain experience and strong communication/ storytelling skills

• Base compensation range: $128,000 - $151,000 (USD)
