Staff Designer, Brand

📋 Description

• Senior in-house design voice for Docker's brand across surfaces.
• Extend visual language into product; emphasize AI visuals via illustration and motion.
• Own docker.com and adjacent marketing surfaces end-to-end: IA, layouts, visuals.
• Lead Docker's marketing design system in Figma; align brand with Product Design.
• Design for print, trade shows, events, and physical goods; ensure brand consistency.
• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows; build asset pipelines for velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing brand, visual, and web for SaaS/tech.
• Bachelor's in Design or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio: brand systems across surfaces.
• Experience with external partners and agencies.
• High-concept brand thinking; defend decisions to execs.
• Solid UX/UI; shipping responsive web with a design system.
