📋 Description

• Own the technical direction, architecture and evolution of the team’s services, systems and
• Set a pragmatic roadmap balancing customer value, reliability, security, resilience, observability
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment and operation of scalable software and APIs.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex production issues, driving learning and remediation.
• Improve developer experience and delivery flow with CI/CD, testing, observability and operational
• Use endorsed AI coding tools responsibly and help make repositories and workflows AI-ready.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing, building and operating production software systems, APIs or
• Staff-level technical leadership with ownership of architecture, roadmap and platform evolution.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agentic workflows to improve engineering productivity
• Production experience with LLM-powered applications, agents or workflows, with guardrails and human
• Strong architectural judgement across secure coding, CI/CD, testing, observability, incident
• Proven ability to influence across multiple teams, communicate clearly, and coach others.
