🎯 Requirements

Strong background building core components for high-scale distributed systems
8+ years in distributed systems or foundational cloud services; Python, Go and Java
Proven ability to design, test, debug, and performance-tune large codebases
Experience leading 15-20 person projects in distributed systems or databases
Excellent verbal and written technical communication; collaborative
Bonus: Kubernetes, containerization and AI frameworks/tools
