Staff Engineer

📋 Description

• Ownership of software engineering efforts across the full SDLC for the rack management solution.
• Own critical infrastructure, drive issues to resolution, collaborate across teams.
• Configure/test new Graphcore AI hardware and systems using CD and IaC in datacentres.
• Work with Datacenter Operations Engineers to maintain AI systems at peak performance.
• Drive corrective actions for systems not operating correctly with DC operations and Graphcore

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• RESTful API development experience.
• Experience with containerized workloads using Kubernetes and runtimes like Docker/Podman.
• Experience managing production Kubernetes clusters/workloads.
• Programming experience with Go.
• Hands-on IaC, source control, and CI/CD automation (e.g., Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, GitLab
