Staff Engineer (AI-Native) (Full time contractor)

📋 Description

• Lead technical direction across front-end and back-end systems.
• Shape architecture, performance, reliability, and UX of the learning platform.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across squads.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the org.
• Own full-stack components from UI to services.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience.
• Full-stack expertise: Frontend TypeScript/JavaScript; Backend Java, Golang.
• Mentor senior engineers and improve team performance.
• AWS-based cloud architecture experience.
• Experience with AI-native tools (Make.com, Supabase, etc.).
• Clear communicator to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing high-traffic web apps and distributed services.
• Strong ownership and ability to code and review others' work.
