Staff Engineer (AI-Native) (Full time contractor)

📋 Description

• Technical leadership across squad; architecture, performance, accessibility.
• Lead system design and architecture decisions (frameworks, state, components).
• Promote high-quality, maintainable code; conduct reviews and mentor.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, stakeholders to deliver features.
• Contribute to engineering strategy and ship customer-facing improvements.
• Tackle complex tech challenges; optimize systems for scalability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering; high-scale systems and customer-facing apps.
• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript
• Backend: Java, Go
• AWS-based cloud architecture experience.
• Knowledge of modern software practices, design patterns, and architectures.
• Experience with AI-native tooling (Make.com, Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Excellent communication and mentoring of senior engineers; team development.
