Staff Engineer (AI-Native) (Full time contractor)

📋 Description

• Technical Leadership: Set direction across front-end and back-end, guiding architecture.
• Solution Design: Lead architecture and state management decisions.
• Code Quality: Ensure high-quality, maintainable code and mentor engineers.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features.
• Strategy and Vision: Contribute to engineering strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and optimize for scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience building high-scale systems.
• Strong full-stack expertise: Frontend - JavaScript/TypeScript; Backend - Java, Golang.
• Significant experience in AWS-based cloud architectures.
• Explicit mentoring of senior engineers and team development.
• Experience designing high-traffic web apps and distributed services.
• AI-native tooling experience (Make.com, Claude Code, n8n, ChatGPT).
