Staff Engineer - AI Platform and Enablement

📋 Description

• Hybrid role based in Cork, Ireland (Penrose Dock, Cork).
• Lead AI Platform and Enablement initiatives across engineering, business units and functions.
• Own core AI/LLM platform, coding agents, and enablement for non-technical users.
• Shape workflows to automate business processes and scale AI adoption.
• Deliver end-to-end initiatives aligned with NETGEAR AI strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of impactful initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) in production.
• Ability to simplify complex business flows and automate them.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to deliver usable technology.
• Strong cloud cost/performance/reliability optimization.
• Experience building or operating internal developer platforms, APIs, or shared infrastructure.
