📋 Description

• Translate the enterprise AI engineering roadmap into scalable platform architecture.
• Provide leadership across AI enablement, responsible AI controls, observability, cost attribution
• Set standards and reference implementations for secure, measurable AI adoption.
• Mentor engineers and influence cross-team technical decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive experience in enterprise software/AI platform engineering.
• Hands-on with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and prompt orchestration.
• Experience designing shared platform services, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Strong architecture judgment across security, reliability, scalability, observability, and cost.
• Experience implementing AI governance controls (access mgmt, data classification, audit logging
• Ability to influence technical direction across matrixed teams and mentor engineers.
