Staff Engineer - Client Experience

• Lead across engineering teams with high standards for quality, architecture, reliability, and

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience with deep Go and/or Kotlin expertise and full-stack
• Proven design/build of distributed systems with solid architecture/principles.
• Ability to solve complex problems and translate to maintainable solutions.
• Hands-on AWS and cloud-native services (RDS, ECS, EKS, S3, etc.).
• Strong automated testing knowledge in Agile/DevSecOps/CI-CD.
• Technical leadership experience with mentoring and influencing vision/architecture.
