Staff Engineer, Composite Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Own critical manufacturing processes across programs.
• Scale production line for a next-gen jet with equipment & tools.
• Mentor engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Deploy infrastructure: equipment, tooling, and systems.
• Partner with vendors for capital equipment & automation.
• Improve manufacturing performance at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, or relevant experience.
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering in fast growth contexts.
• CAD: Solidwork, NX, or CATIA proficiency.
• Experience with CPD, Fibersim, GSD.
• Experience scaling production in startup/rapid growth settings.
• Strong knowledge of composites processes: machining, lamination, assembly.
