🎯 Requirements

5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Eng; staff level 8+ yrs
Strong Linux and production troubleshooting
Production Kubernetes experience
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenStack)
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, LB, TLS)
Python/Go or similar for automation
