🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Eng, CS, Automation, or related field.
8+ years in digital manufacturing, industrial automation or Industry 4.0.
Experience implementing MES, QMS, maintenance analytics, or automation platforms.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, controls, and data systems.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to deployment.
