Lead manufacturing engineering for electrical and avionics systems from prototype to full-rate
Develop and optimize processes, tooling, work instructions, and production flows
Scope: wiring harnesses, EWIS, PCB/PCBA, avionics, power, batteries, sensors, mission systems
Collaborate with design to improve manufacturability and testability
Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions
Create work instructions, quality standards, and inspection methods

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in manufacturing engineering for complex electrical systems
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or related
Experience with prototype manufacturing in startup/rapid-growth
Wiring harness manufacturing, EWIS, PCB/PCBA, electrical integration
Aerospace/defense electrical systems experience
DFM/DFA, root cause analysis, corrective actions
