📋 Description

• Design and build next-gen user experiences across LaunchDarkly suite for humans and agents.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide tools and platform for great experiences.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical rigor and system design.
• Own operational excellence for the experience platform with monitoring, observability, and on-call.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building large-scale products for sophisticated audiences.
• Experience designing interfaces and platforms in consumer-grade enterprise apps.
• Technical leadership: setting direction, writing specs, influencing across teams.
• BA/BS in math, statistics, data science, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
