Extensive software engineering with focus on experimentation and analytics infra
Experience designing and scaling SaaS experimentation platforms
Deep knowledge of A/B/testing, multivariate testing, feature rollout
Translate business goals into experimentation capabilities
Experience with Eppo or similar platforms
Strong SQL and data modeling skills; modern data stacks (Snowflake/Databricks)
