Staff Engineer - Experimentation Platform

📋 Description

• Role focuses on experimentation infrastructure and platform at Faire.
• Lead and shape a centralized experimentation platform across product engineering, data science
• Partner with Strategy & Analytics, PM, Data Science, and other consumers of experiments tooling.
• Balance technical leadership with hands-on development and roadmap execution.
• Oversee measurement infrastructure, lifecycle, governance, and self-service tooling.
• Drive adoption of best practices for experiment design, metrics, and result interpretation.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive software engineering with emphasis on experimentation and analytics infrastructure.
• Experience designing, building, and scaling SaaS experimentation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate testing, feature rollout, and progressive delivery.
• Ability to translate business objectives into experimentation and measurement capabilities.
• Experience with commercial or open-source experimentation platforms (Eppo experience valuable).
• Strong experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks).
