🎯 Requirements

8+ years of backend development experience, strong Go proficiency
Production-scale observability experience with telemetry pipelines
Deep knowledge of Prometheus and VictoriaMetrics
OpenTelemetry ecosystem experience and instrumentation
Systems-level troubleshooting of Linux networking and storage workloads
Strong collaboration and code-review/documentation skills
