🎯 Requirements

7+ years manufacturing engineering or systems integration
Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
Prototype manufacturing experience in startup/rapid-growth enviro
Experience with electrical/mechanical integration, production ops, process development
DFM/DFA knowledge, root-cause analysis, corrective actions
Strong project management and CAD proficiency
