Senior mission systems SME for Fleet Support
Lead escalated investigations on payloads, transponders, external mission systems
Diagnose payload integration: power, thermal, compute, data interfaces
Troubleshoot systems with external data interfaces and data outputs
Assist introduction of new tech into fielded fleet
Collaborate with customers, operators, and maintainers

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Systems, Aerospace, Electrical or related
5+ years in payload/sensor/mission systems or avionics
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, workflows
Ability to move between high-level context and detailed investigations
Experience across design, integration, test, field-support
Strong written/verbal communication for customers
