Staff Engineer (ML Engineer)

📋 Description

• Validate ML stack for AI performance on Graphcore hardware
• Test, benchmark, and validate complex systems before customers
• Expose regressions, correctness issues, and performance limits
• Run open source models and build automated benchmarking pipelines
• Create targeted tests for low-level ML behavior
• Help teams understand what works and what breaks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in ML or ML-adjacent software
• Solid grasp of neural networks, training, inference, precision, trade-offs
• Hands-on with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Triton or similar
• Strong Python skills for automation and benchmarking
• Experience designing and analyzing ML benchmarks or experiments
• Confident Linux debugging skills and curiosity about model behavior
