Staff Engineer, Netskope Private Access

📋 Description

• Design and develop high-performance, low-latency data-path components for zero-trust tunnels.
• Work across end-to-end data and control paths from cloud services to customer environments.
• Own full software lifecycle: host-OS provisioning, image packaging (OVA, VHDX, AMI), and deployment
• Debug and root-cause complex data-path issues end-to-end using packet captures, kernel behavior
• Monitor, triage, and resolve production alerts in a large-scale global environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building high-performance networking software with packet-level processing and
• Programming mastery in C/C++ with solid testing; Golang is a plus
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, IP routing and NAT; strong Linux systems fundamentals
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to root-cause issues from logs, packets, and metrics
• Docker/Kubernetes and Linux host provisioning; OS upgrades, image building, cloud VM images a plus
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development
