Perform analysis at component, system, mission, and campaign levels to evaluate aircraft
Collaborate with engineering, product, and defense stakeholders to assess performance and inform
Contribute to modeling, simulation, and wargaming analyses in contested environments.
Build and maintain mission-level models using M&S tools (AFSIM, STK, MATLAB, Python).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields.
7+ years in operational analysis, modeling & simulation, OR, or related defense/aerospace roles.
Active Secret clearance minimum; Top-Secret preferred (or ability to obtain).
Ability to obtain a S//SAR level security clearance.
Experience with force-on-force analysis, CONOPS, and military campaign modeling (preferred).
