• Deliver Platform-as-a-Product: self-service tools, guardrails, docs
• Build, Hands-On: write production code on designed systems
• Raise the Bar: enforce best practices and code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Expertise: 15+ years in software, Staff/Principal in high-scale platforms
• Kotlin or Java proficiency; comfortable with GCP and Nuxt/VueJS
• AI-Driven Innovator: experience with product-grade agentic workflows
• Clear leadership: thrive in uncertain environments, align tech and business
• Platform as a Product Mindset: ownership from adoption to delivery
• Resourceful and impactful with strong communication in English (French bonus)
