Staff Engineer, Platform & Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own and scale cloud infra for the platform (compute, networking, data-layer)
• Lead BYOC/private-cloud deployments (provisioning, upgrades, observability)
• Build IaC and GitOps foundations for fast, reliable delivery
• Establish platform reliability with SLOs, monitoring, incident mgmt
• Evolve data infra (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse) as usage grows
• Drive security/compliance: SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, testing, reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in platform engineering, infra, DevOps, or SRE
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes in production
• Experience with BYOC/private-cloud, on-prem, air-gapped envs
• AWS expert; GCP/Azure is a plus
• Advanced Terraform with multi-account cloud architectures
• PostgreSQL expertise; performance, migrations under load
