🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years in developmental/operational ground and flight test, unmanned/manned aircraft systems
• Experience in quality engineering, inspection, supplier quality, or aerospace hardware.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, BOMs, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
• Nonconformance management, root cause analysis, corrective action, and quality documentation
• Familiarity with aerospace inspection methods and manufacturing processes.
