Lead quality initiatives across the product lifecycle for autonomous aircraft.
Drive improvements from design and NPI through full-rate production.
Develop and maintain robust quality systems aligned with AS9100.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to identify risks and improve process
Establish control plans, inspection strategies, and data-driven manufacturing monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
5+ years in Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering
Experience leading root cause analysis and CAPA/RCA
Strong knowledge of quality systems and AS9100 or similar
Experience with NPI and scaling production in manufacturing
Proficiency in SPC and process capability analysis
