Design and optimize low observable features across airframe
Model EM signatures using HFSS, CST, Xpatch, SENTRi
Collaborate with propulsion, avionics, structures, and AI teams
Lead or support signature testing and evaluations
Translate threats into survivability features for RCS/thermal/visual observability
Work with materials scientists on RAM coatings and durability

🎯 Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in AE, EE, Physics, or related
7+ years in LO/survivability engineering
Proficiency with EM tools: HFSS, CST, Xpatch, SENTRi
Strong RCS shaping, edge treatments, RAM materials knowledge
LO testing methods and RCS equipment experience
RAM coatings and LO trade studies familiarity
