📋 Description

• Lead technical direction for MSK programs and greenfield features
• Design and ship end-to-end program capabilities with product partners
• Strengthen live programs by improving reliability, performance, and quality
• Extend shared platform across NestJS backend, React Native app, and PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with Product to translate strategy into technical plans
• Mentor engineers and elevate engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of non-internship software engineering
• 2+ years TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js/NestJS backend; React/React Native frontend)
• 2+ years cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization
• 2+ years relational databases (PostgreSQL), distributed systems, microservices
• 3+ years mentoring or leading engineers across cross-functional teams
