📋 Description

• Hands-on test professional for aircraft and system testing in aerospace
• Supports XBAT program across development, production, and flight ops
• Plan, execute, and document UAV/manned aircraft test activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety and quality goals
• Lead test readiness reviews and test planning meetings
• Develop and improve test procedures for accuracy and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; 7+ years in aerospace/test
• Experience planning, executing, and reporting UAV/UAS or manned aircraft tests
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical docs
• Developed test plans and documentation for aircraft systems
• Hands-on aircraft integration, test, and validation experience
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
