Execute thermal analysis and characterization for UAV aircraft-level systems.
Architect and validate models for heat transfer and fluid flow via hand calcs and CFD tools.
Perform trade studies, determine system architecture, and assess risks.
Define/test planning, instrumentation, and data analysis to correlate with experiments.
Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in thermal/fluid fundamentals.
Communicate findings through design reviews and technical reports.

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related).
7+ years in thermal engineering.
Deep expertise in heat transfer and fluid mechanics.
Active and passive cooling knowledge for aircraft bays and hot surfaces.
Proficiency with FloEFD, STAR-CCM+, Thermal Desktop.
CAD: NX, SolidWorks, or equivalent.
