Staff Enterprise Security Engineer, AI Security

📋 Description

• Design and implement secure reference architectures for enterprise AI platforms, protecting data
• Establish and evolve a framework for evaluating and vetting AI technologies, embedding secure AI
• Develop the long-term roadmap for agentic AI identity and posture management with cross-functional
• Architect and implement preventative security guardrails addressing risks from AI agents and new
• Apply strong security engineering practices through high-quality code using Python, Go, or similar
• Manage and improve infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code for scalable, reliable, and secure

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of technical leadership at staff-engineer level or leading teams in an enterprise.
• Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS, GCP), container security, and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience designing and deploying complex security systems at enterprise scale.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with security architecture, threat modeling, IAM, data protection, and enterprise
