📋 Description

• Lead the design of multiple international initiatives — define design strategy, objectives and set
• Support and shape the evolution of the Airbnb platform from an international perspective; ensure
• Partner with Country Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Researchers
• Influence global leadership and stakeholders through vivid storytelling, navigating ambiguity, and
• Scope projects and help define design processes, task allocation, and timelines in collaboration
• Provide indirect leadership and mentorship for peers, evangelize design thinking and best practices

• Designer/Design Leader with 10+ years of experience.
• Ability to formulate design directions and processes while mentoring teams through execution.
• Strategic thought leader guiding teams through ambiguity and global product design strategies.
• Systems-oriented thinker designing holistic online and offline user experiences.
• Exceptional craftsmanship in interaction and visual design with strong storytelling and
