Manage and administer the organization’s industrial security program for classified contracts
Primary liaison for security with DCSA, government, and leadership
Oversee personnel security actions and access determinations
Maintain security records in DISS, NBIS, and related systems
Develop and maintain facility security policies and training
Coordinate security training, inspections, and audits

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4–8 years in industrial/security management
FSO/Assistant FSO experience in cleared environments
Knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA processes, and handling procedures
Experience with DISS, NBIS, NISS, and related systems
Ability to interpret DD254s and implement requirements
