🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading robotics/automation projects.
• Hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Ability to lead and coach others.
