Staff Field Solutions Engineer (R5343)

📋 Description

• Support technical sales, customer engagements, demos, and capture activities for Hivemind across
• Serve as a customer-facing technical expert translating mission needs into credible solutions.
• Collaborate with BD, Product, Engineering, and Program teams to develop demos, RFIs/RFPs, white
• Travel as needed for customer engagements and internal meetings.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on mission-relevant customer outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in solutions engineering, field applications, systems engineering, technical sales
• Strong technical understanding of autonomy, AI-enabled systems, mission software, simulation
• Experience with customer-facing engagements: demos, briefings, proposal support, integration
• Experience with DoD simulation systems, live-virtual-constructive environments, synthetic training
• Ability to translate customer needs into feasible solution concepts, demos, and product feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally with BD, Product
