Staff Field Solutions Engineer (R5523)

📋 Description

• Support technical sales, customer engagements, demonstrations, and capture activities for Hivemind
• Serve as a customer-facing technical expert for Hivemind across markets.
• Translate customer mission needs and integration constraints into credible solution concepts.
• Partner with BD and Capture teams on RFIs, RFPS, proposals, white papers, and demos.
• Explain autonomy capabilities, limitations, and roadmap to diverse audiences.
• Develop and maintain technical sales assets and briefing materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in solutions engineering, field applications engineering, systems engineering, technical
• Strong technical understanding of autonomy, AI-enabled systems, mission software, unmanned systems
• Experience with demos, briefings, proposal support, integration discussions, and technical
• Ability to translate customer needs into technically feasible concepts and demos.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex tech to diverse audiences.
• Cross-functional collaboration with BD, Product, Engineering, and Program teams.
