📋 Description

• Support technical sales, customer engagements, demos, and capture activities for Hivemind across
• Translate customer mission needs into credible, feasible solutions.
• Collaborate with BD, Product, Engineering, and Program teams on demos and RFPs.
• Explain complex systems to customers and shape demos around objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in solutions engineering, field apps engineering, systems engineering, technical sales
• Strong understanding of autonomy, AI-enabled systems, mission software, and defense tech.
• Experience with customer-facing engagements: demos, briefings, proposals, integration discussions.
• Experience with DoD simulation, LV-C environments, synthetic data, or mission rehearsal workflows.
• Ability to translate customer needs into feasible solution concepts and feedback.
• Strong written/verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration skills.
