Staff Firmware Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead firmware development for resource-constrained, connected devices.
• Partner with electrical engineers on SoCs, memory, sensors.
• Develop and maintain low-level firmware: drivers, bootloaders, device mgmt.
• Bring up new hardware: SPI, I2C, UART, BLE, CAN, ADC.
• Design power-efficient architectures for battery devices.
• Build systems for sensor data collection and transmission.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years firmware experience on embedded systems.
• Strong C proficiency; understand compilers, memory, and debug tech.
• Experience with bare-metal and RTOS (Zephyr, FreeRTOS).
• Proven hardware bring-up and first-power-on debugging.
• Deep knowledge of SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, ADC.
• Hardware debugging tools: oscilloscope, analyzers, RF spectrum.
