🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years engineering experience in production systems.
• Led cross-team technical domains with ownership of direction.
• Designed/implemented production-grade integrations or distributed systems.
• Strong technical judgment balancing customer impact and risk.
• Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, retrieval systems, or evaluation frameworks.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites.
