📋 Description

• Lead engineering direction for Telescope within Design Systems
• Align design and engineering through cross-team collaboration
• Own triage, prioritisation, and expectations for requests
• Improve tooling to boost developer experience and workflow
• Define architecture, component standards, and quality bars
• Mentor engineers and contribute hands-on code

🎯 Requirements

• Building and maintaining component libraries or platform-like products
• TypeScript and modern frontend (React a plus)
• Design maintainable systems with clear boundaries and versioning
• Strong testing mindset (unit/integration/end-to-end)
• Accessibility and performance practices for UI systems
• Collaborate with designers/product engineers and navigate stakeholder tradeoffs
