• Own the consistency and quality of core flag surfaces across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering with deep frontend expertise across multiple teams.
• Strong TypeScript and React; experience with API boundaries.
• Proven ownership of a design system adopted across organizations; migration and enforcement
• Product and UX judgment; ability to trace end-to-end user workflows and identify friction.
• Cross-team influence, strong written communication, and ability to articulate standards.
• Experience with data-dense enterprise product UI and performance optimization.
