Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead architectural reviews and reduce technical debt across multiple teams.
• Drive cross-service patterns and long-term sustainability of Midi’s healthcare ecosystem.
• Act as a part-time product manager for technology to enable future velocity.
• Build scalable, flexible products and code balancing speed and durability.
• Shape engineering culture with best practices for testing, CI/CD, and quality code.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and partner with leadership to meet needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and scaling complex engineering solutions in startups.
• Production experience in Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar.
• Able to translate vague goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
• Background in consumer products plus complex workflows and systems.
• Power-user of AI coding tools and LLMs (Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate development.
• Foster a respectful, low-ego team environment with curiosity and humility.
