📋 Description

• Develop and execute commodity sourcing strategies for high-quality drone components.
• Assist in developing supply chain and sourcing processes and tools.
• Manage supplier relationships and improve supplier performance.
• Lead negotiations and supplier selection during NPI and sustaining projects.
• Monitor market conditions and develop sourcing alternatives.
• Collaborate with engineering on supplier/component selection.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier performance management skills.
• Technical and commercial experience in mechanical components and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and contract terms (MSA, SOW, NDA).
• Ability to manage complex supplier relationships and early supplier involvement.
• Interest in emerging technologies across electronics, aerospace, and robotics.
