📋 Description

• Staff GRC Analyst to join Information Security at Pleo
• Automate governance, risk, and compliance workflows across frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, DORA, UK
• Design scalable GRC architectures and automation for evidence collection, control testing, and
• Translate compliance requirements into technical specs for engineering and stakeholders
• Coordinate multi-team workstreams to maintain delivery timelines
• Contribute to Cybersecurity initiatives and risk & compliance programs

🎯 Requirements

• Significant Security GRC experience with internal/external audits
• Experience using AI or coding automation to implement controls
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS or equivalent) and security controls
• Experience automating GRC reporting, dashboards, executive summaries
• Fintech/payments or IT audit background; familiarity with regulatory expectations
• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, PCI-related credentials; degree in related field a plus
