Staff HRIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Support administration of and updates to HRIS configuration, data architecture, workflows, and
• Identify opportunities for optimization and automation to streamline core HR processes.
• Collaborate with People Systems to resolve breakdowns and implement break-fix resolutions.
• Prioritize, test, and implement system enhancements; develop and document test scripts.
• Maintain HR data tables and conduct recurring data integrity audits.
• Monitor HR integrations and escalate interface failures; create end-user documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years in HR data/systems.
• Oracle HCM administration experience and related modules.
• Experience with Oracle Fast Formulas and SQL.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; Excel at an intermediate level.
• Experience supporting HR functions/projects and documenting business requirements.
